We had both our shower enclosure and our tub redone at the same time. We love the new updated look. Our installers were Kevin and Sol. They were very nice and involved us in the process. We were impressed with their process and the fact that the work area was clean every evening so we could get to our closet. They even wiped off the counter, washed the bathroom floor and swept the carpet near the work area when the project was all done.

The guys who came and did our windows were so kind and so quick! Being a really hot humid day, they got the job done in one day and always with a smile on their face. We love our new windows! The consultation was quick and they are all very knowledgeable and really help you choose exactly what you are looking for. Great warranty in comparison to other companies we spoke with. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a new front door from Window Depot of Youngstown, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The design and ordering process was seamless from start to finish, making it easy to choose exactly what we wanted without any stress. The installation team, Brian and Logan, were fantastic. They were extremely clean, respectful, and careful in our home, making sure everything was protected and left spotless when they were done. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. The staff also did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process and scheduling our delivery and installation smoothly. Communication was clear and timely, which made the whole experience even better. We also had the pleasure of working with Rich, the owner, whose knowledge and expertise were incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer our questions and made us feel confident in our choices, which we truly appreciated. We absolutely love our new front door and highly recommend Window Depot of Youngstown for both their quality products and outstanding customer service!

I love my new windows and kitchen door! My old windows were just that "old", the originals. Matt is very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. The installers were fast but took their time, like Santa, they spoke not a word but went straight to work (lol), no they were pleasant. They cleaned up everything including running the sweeper. They replaced nine windows and let us not forget replacing the door! I have nothing but good things to say! The customer service is outstanding. Family and friends will get a glowing recommendation from me. Window Depot thank you, thank you, thank you!
